1. 全員に共通する約束
参加者、出演者、出展者、スポンサー、同行者、運営スタッフは、互いの尊厳を尊重します。準備・打合せ・リハーサル・本番・撤収と、それに関係するメールやチャットも対象です。怒鳴る、恫喝する、侮辱する、人格を否定する、執拗に罵倒するなど、他者を威圧し、または尊厳を傷つける言動を禁止します。
怒りを感じること自体や、冷静な異議申立ては違反ではありません。意見の相違や不満は対話で解決します。
2. 人権と安全を守るための例外
人権侵害または危険行為を防止・制止するため、必要かつ相当な範囲で行う強い口調の注意や大声の警告は禁止行為に含みません。ただし、暴力・報復・人格否定などを正当化するものではありません。正当な意見表明、苦情、被害の相談・通報、救助要請それ自体を違反として扱いません。
3. 違反があった場合
主催者または指定された現地運営責任者が具体的な言動と状況を確認し、中止・改善を求めます。注意に従わない場合や違反を繰り返す場合は、違反者に退場を求め、参加・出演等を終了させることがあります。
暴力、脅迫その他の重大な違反により、人の安全または尊厳に重大な支障が生じ、またはその具体的なおそれがある場合は、事前の注意なく即時退場・参加終了とすることがあります。運営の案内に従い、活動を中止して速やかに退場してください。
措置の理由を本人に説明します。緊急時は事後速やかに説明し、事実認識への異議は運営窓口で受け付けます。同行者の単独の違反だけを理由に、グループの契約全体が当然に解除されるものではありません。
4. 退場・参加終了時の返金
ご本人の責めに帰すべき違反によって退場・参加終了となった場合、対象の入場・参加料金は原則として返金しません。ただし、適用法令により返金を要する部分は返金します。違約金・損害賠償額の予定に該当する場合の法定上限を含め、法令上の制限に従います。
出演枠・出展・協賛などの個別契約では、終了・解除の対象サービスと対価を事前に明記して合意します。出資金・貸付金・預り保証金の没収や、実施済み業務の報酬の不払いを定めるものではありません。主催者都合や不可抗力による中止・延期、主催者の債務不履行には、この違反時の返金制限を適用せず、個別契約・販売条件および適用法令に従います。
5. 事前のご確認と合意
購入・契約前に本方針をご確認ください。個別契約には本方針の版を記載した別紙を添付し、双方で合意します。外部チケット販売サイトをご利用の場合は、販売画面で提示される条件もご確認ください。既存の契約に新しい返金制限を適用するには追加合意を必要とし、本ページの掲載・更新だけで遡及適用しません。
6. 困ったときは
会場では近くの運営スタッフまたはセキュリティにお声がけください。事前・事後のご相談、運営スタッフ自身の言動についてのご相談、措置への異議はお問い合わせ窓口へ。差し迫った危険がある場合は安全な場所へ移動し、ハワイでは911へ緊急通報してください。

Enjoy freely. Treat everyone with respect. This policy covers attendees, artists, exhibitors, sponsors, accompanying guests and staff, throughout preparation, meetings, rehearsals, the event, teardown and related email or chat.
Everyone's dignity matters equally, regardless of role or financial contribution. We choose dialogue over intimidation, and bring freedom, human rights and safety together. These principles guide SOLUNA's approach to creating a place where everyone can be themselves.
No abusive shouting, threats, insults, personal degradation or persistent verbal abuse. Feeling angry, expressing a disagreement calmly, making a legitimate complaint, reporting harm or requesting help is not a violation.
Firm words or loud warnings that are necessary and proportionate to prevent or stop human-rights violations or dangerous conduct are permitted. This exception does not justify violence, retaliation or degrading personal attacks.
The organizer or designated local operations lead will review the specific conduct and circumstances and request that it stop. Failure to comply or repeated violations may result in removal and termination of participation or performance. Serious violations, including violence or threats that cause or concretely threaten serious harm to safety or dignity, may result in immediate removal without prior warning. Follow staff directions and leave promptly. Reasons will be explained, promptly afterward if urgent; factual objections may be raised with the organizer. One guest's independent misconduct does not automatically terminate an entire group's contract.
Where removal or termination results from a violation attributable to the participant, the affected admission or participation fees are generally non-refundable, except to the extent a refund is required by applicable law. Statutory limits, including limits on liquidated damages where applicable, remain effective. For paid performance slots, exhibitions and sponsorships, the affected services and amounts must be identified and agreed in the individual contract. This policy does not confiscate investments, loans or security deposits, withhold fees for work already performed, or govern refunds for organizer cancellation, force majeure, postponement or organizer breach; those follow the applicable contract, sales terms and law.
Review this policy before purchase or signing. Individual contracts should attach an agreed, versioned copy. For external ticket sales, also review the terms presented by the seller. New refund restrictions require additional agreement for existing contracts; posting or updating this page alone does not apply them retroactively.
Contact on-site staff or security for help, or use our contact page before or after the event, including for complaints about staff or objections to a decision. In immediate danger, move to safety and call 911 in Hawaii.
SOLUNAの名前を使うときは
告知・広告・営業資料・協賛募集・チケット販売・商品などにSOLUNA／SOLUNA FESTの名称やロゴを使用する場合は、公開前にご連絡いただき、許諾権限を有する担当者から書面で明示の承認を得てください。連絡のみ・無回答では承認になりません。
使用目的、媒体、地域、使用期間、公開予定日、最終の文面・画像、他ブランドとの併記、販売・募集の有無を、お問い合わせ窓口または契約に記載の担当者へお送りください。承認した範囲を超える変更・転用・第三者提供は再確認が必要です。主催・公認・提携関係について誤認を招く表示はお控えください。
通常の個人の参加報告、非販促的な事実の言及、適法な報道・引用・批評・苦情・通報は事前承認の対象ではありません。公式素材の転載や広告への転用など、別途許諾が必要な利用はご相談ください。第三者ブランドの使用には、その権利者の条件と承認も必要です。
協賛・出演等の契約には、この名称使用条件を別紙として提示し合意します。具体的な使用条件・違反時の対応は合意済みの契約と適用法令によります。名称使用の違反のみで、上記の参加料金の返金制限を自動適用するものではありません。
Using the SOLUNA name
Before using SOLUNA / SOLUNA FEST names or logos in announcements, advertising, sales materials, sponsorship solicitation, ticket sales or products, contact us and obtain express written approval from an authorized representative. Notice alone or silence is not approval. Send the purpose, media, territory, term, publication date, final text and artwork, any co-branding, and details of sales or solicitation to our contact page or your contract contact. Changes, reuse or third-party use outside the approved scope require renewed approval. Do not misrepresent official organizer, endorsement or partnership status.
Ordinary personal attendance reports, non-promotional factual references and lawful reporting, quotation, criticism, complaints or reports of harm do not require prior approval under this policy. Reproduction of official assets or use in advertising may require separate permission. Third-party brands remain subject to their own conditions and approvals. For sponsorships and performances, these conditions are presented for agreement in a contract attachment; specific use conditions and remedies follow the agreed contract and applicable law. A brand-use violation alone does not automatically trigger the participation-fee refund restriction above.
